Foxish (“Foxish,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates foxish.ai and the Foxish AI visibility platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information: name, email address, and password.
- Organization information: company name, industry category, location, brand domains, and competitor information you choose to track.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Content you submit: URLs, prompts, brand descriptions, and any other input you provide to run AI visibility scans.
- Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
- Usage data: features accessed, scans performed, dashboard interactions, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from AI scans
When you run a scan, we send prompts you have configured to third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) and store the responses we receive about your brand and category. We also crawl publicly-accessible pages of websites you tell us to analyze.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent billing fraud.
- Generate visibility scores, recommendations, and competitive analyses.
- Send you transactional emails (billing, alerts, scan results).
- Send marketing communications — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.
- Improve the Service, debug issues, and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients:
Service providers (subprocessors)
We use the following vendors to operate the Service. Each receives only the data necessary to perform their function:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- Vercel — application hosting and analytics.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity — AI model providers used to run scans. Your scan prompts may be processed by these providers under their respective data policies.
- Meta Platforms — advertising attribution and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel (see Section 5).
Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or property, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Business transfers
If Foxish is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. AI scan content and your data
Prompts you create, brand information you provide, and the AI responses we receive on your behalf are stored in your account and used to generate your dashboard, scores, and recommendations. We do not use your scan content to train AI models. AI model providers may apply their own retention and training policies to the prompts and responses they process.
5. Cookies, tracking, and advertising
Strictly necessary cookies
We use cookies for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be turned off without breaking the Service.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate usage of the Service. These tools do not identify individual users.
Meta Pixel and Advanced Matching
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who have visited our website. The Pixel sends information about your visit (page views, signup events, and audit completions) to Meta.
We have Automatic Advanced Matching enabled. When you submit a form on our site (for example, the AEO audit form or the signup form), the Pixel may capture form-field values such as your email address, hash them using SHA-256 on your device, and send the hashed values to Meta. Meta uses these hashes to match website visitors with their Meta user accounts for attribution and audience-building purposes. Meta does not receive your email address in plain text.
You can learn more about Meta’s data practices at Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Meta’s use of cookies for advertising at Meta’s ad preferences.
6. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Scan results and visibility data are retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights and choices
- Access and update — you can view and update most of your account information in your dashboard settings.
- Delete your account — email privacy@foxish.ai and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
- Marketing opt-out — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us to opt out.
- California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information is collected and the right to delete. Contact us at privacy@foxish.ai to exercise these rights.
8. International data transfers
Foxish is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the U.S. and any countries where our subprocessors operate.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Service.
